The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) has released a portal site to support the digitization of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The site offers a variety of services and information, including a diagnostic service to visualize how well your organization is coping with digitalization and how it should proceed in the future, an explanation of digitalization terminology, and case studies and tools for digitalization.
AI service “ApeosPlus desola” to automate document input
ApeosPlus desola is a cloud service provided by Fujifilm Business Innovation.
This service digitizes documents using AI and OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology, automatically sorts them according to rules, and checks their contents, thereby streamlining tasks that used to require time-consuming human intervention.
