fondesk is a call receptionist service provided by ULURU. The slogan of their service is ” Make your office call receiving zero”

With fondesk, fondesk staff will receive incoming calls to the company on your behalf and notify you via chat or email of what they have heard.

You can choose your preferred chat service from Slack, Chatwork, Microsoft Teams, LINE, LINE WORKS, and Google Chat.

For organizations that used to spend a lot of time answering sales calls, this can reduce the amount of time spent on call-handling tasks.

It seems like the number of companies installing this system is increasing, due remote work are getting popular.

In a July 2021 press release, the company reported a sharp increase in the number of contracts, partly due to the impact of the acceleration of remote work during the Corona disaster period.
